https://www.statnews.com/2020/10/04/trump-receiving-dexamethasone-steroid-usually-given-patients-with-severe-covid19/

In a clinical trial, dexamethasone reduced deaths by a third in patients hospitalized with Covid-19, but the benefit differed depending how sick patients were. In patients not receiving supplemental oxygen, the study showed no benefit and potential harm.

“Those patients who were not requiring oxygen actually had a statistical trend toward worse outcomes — the dexamethasone was only beneficial in patients who were requiring oxygen,” said C. Michael Gibson, a professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School. He also noted that the effect for dexamethasone was only seen in patients who had been sick for longer than seven days. Trump started feeling sick Thursday, his doctors have said.

THEN.....it turns out he was released--probably at his own demand--far too early, and has to be returned to Walter Reed by emergency helicopter and confined to his bed for the next 30 days, preferably in the ICU, since his condition is far worse than his staff was ever allowed to admit.

Call me cruel, but I learned from him how it's done.

Who gives a red hot damn? Let’s get on with the real issues. I don’t care if he’s healthy or sick. Let’s get back to the issues that matter: His tax avoidance, his racist agenda and followers, etc. Let’s talk about the things that have brought him to being 10-14 points behind in the race. MOVING ON...

All staff who care about their health should work from home, call in sick, quit, do whatever they need to do to protect themselves.

I think that goes without saying at this point. But I don't think he was on dexa, I think that was just a convenient lie so he could push the product he owns stock in and pretend it's more serious than it is for sympathy.

Watch now, he's going to act like he's not even sick and he will not quarantine.

If he actually leaves Walter Reed to go back to the WH, he either

- lied to everyone about testing positive in order to dominate the news cycle to hide his embarrassing debate performance, tax returns, and Melania's tapes

Oh, that is not going to work. It just makes him look worse: the wasted money and resources alone are staggering.

- is a toddler who has to have his way even if kills him.

Well. Please proceed. We'll all see how that works out for him -- no one wants to be anywhere near an individual who may be shedding the virus. He'd better get used to being surrounded by masks. His own will include oygen.

Let him be "fine". Joe can reengage his contrast ads and the investigations into him should proceed. He didn't have Covid - nobody has a weekend case. The only people who will believe him are his ignorant base. He should have to personally compensate WR Hospital for the waste of resources for a publicity stunt.

The man is outright insane!
