It has been reported that Donald Trump is being treated with multiple drugs, including Dexamethasone. A side effect of Dexamethasone is moods changes. The Mayo Clinic also lists aggression and agitation as common side effects.
This morning roid rage is trending on Twitter.
Considering people have have begun to question the official timeline put out by the Trump White House, I have begun to wonder if Trump was taking Dexamethasone at the debate. That could partly explain why Trump was acting so aggressive at the debate.
Democrats and the news media need to force Trump and his team to state whether he was taking Dexamethasone at the debate. Congress should launch an investigation into this issue. The American people should know whether or not Trump was travelling the country while sick with COVID-19, but not telling anyone. How many people did he interact with during that time? How many people went home to their families not knowing they had been exposed to COVID-19? How many people went out and hung out with friends not knowing they had been exposed to COVID-19?

(19,264 posts)At the debate Trump was still in denial about the risk. COVID is just like the cold right? It is nothing. A cough for a couple days and a big strong boy like him will be fine.
I don't think he took any of this serious until Friday. Shortness of breath can be real scary. It can lead to panic even among people who normally don't panic. I mean you body is supposed to breath right right? When it starts not working right it becomes very real something serious is wrong.

(675 posts)I think he was likely positive at that point and knew it but had only minor symptoms so at most he was on some kind of cold or flu medication to keep him from coughing during the debate. I think the experimental drugs came a few days later. This information is obviously untrustworthy from this White House but as best as I can tell, he probably didnt start showing concerning if not severe symptoms until at least 24 hours after the debate and the likely didnt start giving him experimental drugs until Thursday.
