Time to investigate, indict, and arrest the agents responsible, and to find out who directed them to do this. 2/2 https://emptywheel.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/201007-Flynn-Tampering.pdf

Because there is no such thing.

HAD the DOJ actually accidentally altered the evidence, it was incumbent upon them to reveal this immediately so as not to distort or corrupt the integrity of the proceedings.

They did not do so. They only admit the alteration AFTER they were caught.

Bill Barr deserves a life term for his flagrant acts against the sovereign.

I think the 28th, a Monday. His opening comment was he was “shocked” when he found out late night the Friday before.

He snapped at Flynn’s attorney’s when he found out they had briefed Trump and his campaign’s legal adviser - in a case where they were arguing was NOT political!

And his amicus’ arguments were a royal ass-kicking!!!

it was 'accidental' and therefore they've effectively lied to him ... about their original lies.

He's REALLY gonna be pissed then.

It's like when a subsection materializes in must-pass legislation that just happens to benefit one well-heeled constituent in one particular Republican congressional district. Nobody knows how that section got in, yeah it really puts a lot of money into the already overstuffed pockets of Mr. Gotbucks (who just happened to bundle a few million in campaign contributions), but there's no way to amend the legislation now. We have to go through with it.

The crowd of drifters a grifters who wandered into the scene, where some yet squat, will require a major clean up before the nation is again livable.
It will all end up in courts, of course. Some will demand that only the USSC will be adequate for the cause. Surprise, there's a court pre-loaded with CORRUPT judges, so how will this end at long last? Depends on which case gets there first. Critical stuff as precedent will be the determination of our future, apt actually. The question is, will the system allow it's own repair? Will Trump's misbegotten appointees block the ambulance? the wrecker? the EMT's?

of the slime that has infested DC since trump took office.

Of course the culture medium, the agar, that allowed this infestation has been grown since the days of gingrich and before.

I hope we can build much better defenses against these vermin/criminals affecting our democracy. This will require some very hard changes to the constitution and laws.

They both think alike and neither cares for truth if a lie works better for their agenda. Vote them out with the rest of the anti-American criminal gang that has enabled them.
