NOAA buoy 42002 is right in the path of Hurricane Delta
https://www.ndbc.noaa.gov/station_page.php?station=42002It's about 200 miles from the center of the hurricane, and includes automatic panoramic pictures taken on a regular basis.

It also includes wind speed and wave height data, including graphs.
