Nancy Pelosi: 'We're going to be talking about the 25th Amendment'

(NBC News) WASHINGTON — House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., says she plans to talk about the 25th Amendment, which outlines presidential transfer of power procedures, on Friday.

Pelosi told reporters during her weekly press conference at the Capitol Thursday to come to the Hill “tomorrow” because she said, “We're going to be talking about the 25th Amendment.”

In an interview immediately after her press conference, Pelosi suggested that the president may not be thinking clearly because of the drugs he has taken while being treated for the disease.

“The president is, shall we say, in an altered state right now,” Pelosi said on Bloomberg TV. “I don’t know how to answer for that behavior.”

She continued, "There are those who say when you are on steroids or have COVID-19, there may be some impairment of judgment.”

And I was wondering when they would broach the subject.
I have been on steroids and they DO alter your mental state.
You become hyper, very emotional, panicky, suffer insomnia, and think you are invincible. Then when you curtail the medication which must be done slowly if you have been on them over a certain length of time, you begin to feel lousy, depressed, no motivation, and still not thinking clearly.

Personally, I would WANT to have Article / 25th Amendment applied until I was back to normal. He has demonstrated to all the world that he is in even worse mental shape than before COVID when he was being a tyrannical prick.

I would hope that we could even consider SOMEHOW calling the SCOTUS nomination into question due to his capacity.
You know how lawyers can object or make note of things they don’t like in the court case, and then use those things on appeal.
I think we would have justifiable cause to later rethink Barrett’s confirmation.
