Was @RepSpeier referring to Phil Ruffin, Trumps partner in Trump Int’l Hotel, re the $25 million to settle Trump University lawsuit

Ruffin was also in Moscow w Trump during 2013 Miss Universe lunching w Agalarov and bragged about meeting“top level oligarchs and generals”

Someone should bring him in for questioning. Ruffin also donated $1 million to Trumps inauguration. And who are these top Russian oligarchs and generals Ruffin was referring too?
