Answer to packing the court.....

When Biden and/or Harris are asked if they will pack the court, their answer should be
1. Who does Trump owe half a billion dollars to?
2. When did trump last test negative for the virus?

If those questions can be answered, then maybe Biden can give his answer.

Also, who first came up with the narrative of Biden packing the court? Trump? Just need to verify my talking points.

What constitutes packing? Is it what the republicans have been doing for years? Is it expanding a Supreme Court that realistically has not kept up with the growth of states or population?

Just what the constitutes the question of packing the court?

The Court is already packed.

It's long past time to expand it (28 USC 1) to correct for Republicans' corruption of the confirmation process.

...when Pence bragged to Harris about how many federal judges the current administration has appointed, I was hoping she would answer like this:

"Mr. Vice President, why is that? Why is it that there were SO MANY vacancies in the federal court system? Most of those federal judge appointments were ones that President Obama should have been able to appoint, because those vacancies came up during Obama's administration. But Mitch McConnell would not act on them, just let them pile up waiting for the next Republican president. So please tell me, Mr. Vice President, WHO is packing the courts? If you are going to describe what the Biden/Harris administration is going to do as 'packing the courts', that will be the height of hypocrisy in light of what happened during the Obama administration. It wasn't just Merrick Garland, but lots of other federal judgeships too."

THAT'S how I think Joe Biden and Kamala Harris should answer charges that they are going to "pack the courts".
