...schools reopened a few weeks ago. Not to mention Labor Day -- earlier this summer, we started seeing a second, bigger spike about as long after Memorial Day as we now are after Labor Day.

All summer we've been working up to it with all the tourists glomming the place, it was bound to happen. I live in a rural county with one hospital... and tons of tourists. I hope they all go home now that the weather is turning to winter.
