Don't call it "court packing"

calling it "court-packing" is a self own by the DEMS (who consistently fall into this trap)

GOP would term it "court fairness" or "court rebalancing" and then anyone who objects would immediately have to be asked, "what do you have against 'fairness?'"

6. We have some good messengers on our side such as George Lakoff

and a guy who studied his techniques, Pete Buttigieg. Plus thousands of clever people on Twitter who are waking up to the Republicans’ real agenda. So I am optimistic. Giving up is not an option for me.

Our biggest mistake is falling into the trap of letting them frame the debate, and therefore having to fight a losing battle on their terms. Better to make them defend their plans on our terms.

I'll go out on a limb to say Lakoff literally wrote the book about framing.

and could serve to emphasize their point. In a way, it’s kind of like “don’t think of an elephant.”

8. If it comes up in a town hall, Joe should agree that the courts have already been packed

When did McTurtle stop even considering Obama nominees to the federal courts? And despite turning the Senate into a place where bills from the House were sent to die of neglect, he has moved with reckless speed to have the Senate confirm any and all unqualified nominees coming from this administration in its relentless drive to wreak havoc on this nation.

Agree that the courts have already been packed and that he will act aggressively to balance the scales of justice.

10. I agree. They should call it court unpacking, court rebalancing, etc.

Court packing denotes something nefarious, when it's a normal Constitutional power of Congress.

I hope someone who works on the Biden campaign advises him to change how he talks about it.
