after Biden is sworn in and the economy will be worse and people like me will lose unemployment in December...we will starve. Send help it is desperately needed.

Most are going to be kicked off Dec 26 and it is very very hard to get on. I would not look forward to being kicked off and then having to go thru all that again.

He was literally the only candidate without one. He focused too much on UBI which I worried would come at the expense of other safety net programs. I support expanding social security over UBI for example.

extends it past December and the stimulus, there is also money for small business which will not survive until Biden arrives and the airlines. Hubs and I are both unemployed. I expect our elected to get what they can and not leave us to starve. Maybe Mitch will not do anything...it is possible but make him own it. Yang is right and doing nothing could suppress the vote for us and affect house races .

And this will hurt the economy too...the money won't go to Trump but to unemployed people including Democrats like me.

More likely it will just be another hand out to banks, hedge funds and the airlines.
A piddly $200 extra a week should it happen will not go far towards saving the unemployed.
