TWIV is an excellent video/podcast about virology, mostly about Covid these days. They've had Dr. Fauci on.
The Oct. 5 episode is called TWiV Special: Presidential COVID-19 with Dr. Daniel Griffin. They talk about Trump's illness and treatments. Interesting talk. They posit that with his symptom and treatment patterns, he was probably positive before the debate.
Someone asked if they think he knew. The reply was that they don't believe his staff would have let him debate if he was a known positive. (They don't mention whether they think he would have wanted to.)
