How Biden should answer the court packing question..

I am against court packing and I agree completely with Judge Amy Coney Barrett. The Supreme Court should be balanced. Now that the potential of her confirmation creates an unbalanced Supreme Court, and if the court makes rulings that places the profits of insurance companies over the healthcare of the American public, and overturning other standing Supreme Court rulings for example, then the legislature may have to look at legal remedies to regain balance that favors wellbeing of Common Americans over the favor of corporate lobbyist and special interest groups.
I am not for packing, I am for balance.

Refusing to answer. Pointing out the way the Republicans have already packed the court. Saying things are too desperate now to spend time on worrying about this question.

A perfect non-answer. Any kind of real answer will get the press making the issue into Hillary's emails.

And it was the top issue thrown at Democrats on the Sunday news shows. “Court Packing” is now the only counter issue that the Republicans have now that Biden is healthier than Trump and Kamala came a cross as very professional in the VP debate and not an angry black woman.
Not answering is fueling the fire which is fine if you plan on a prime time flood to put it out before the election.

"Yes, I'm going to expand the court." You could hear the yelling from DC to my house in Oakland without a microphone.

There would be endless debates about whether or not it's unconstitutional. That would be followed by whether or not it would be fair to Republicans, aka "bipartisan." Alan Dershowitz would render an opinion. So would Mitch McConnell. Chuck Todd would "both sides" it. So would Bill Maher. Michael Moore would call it "too little, too late."

The most they have now is "he wouldn't answer the question."

The court has been packed, and we are going to unpack it.

A majority of justices has been appointed by politicians who lost the popular vote in a Presidential race. We do not do minority rule in this great country.

The original Supreme Court had one justice for each Federal district. Then there were five, now there are thirteen.

We should follow the clear intent of the Founding Fathers.

there only one legal remedy for an out of control Supreme Court and that's adding seats to it. We seriously need to get past this mindset that the makeup of the Supreme Court is rail we shouldn't touch.
