Well, i checked out his cases...and guess what!
His criminal defense cases were for corporations and businessmen who were charged with crimes that hurt the little people. He brags how he won for them.
Am I shocked? No, but I am sickened.
Representative Engagements

Represented an individual in a month-long federal trial concerning allegations of financial crimes and election fraud;
Defended pharmaceutical companies in investigations concerning alleged violations of anti-kickback and other statutes;

I was VERY interested about HOW Barrett's husband could be a "criminal defense" attorney as I had read. I am a retired atty and my law partner was a major criminal defense atty with published opinions. He also was a card carrying member of the ACLU, life-long liberal Dem.
Sooooooo, i just had to find out about the husband. IMO, he is a corporate crook enabler...at best!
