Hey y’all!!! BEWARE AND BE PREPARED WHEN YOU VOTE 🗳!!!
I went to my local poll location. And somehow they have the WRONG address for me.

Poll worker: Did you move recently?
Me: No
PW: I don’t see you
Me: what do you mean?
PW: I don’t see the address on your license
Me: what do you see?
PW: a different address
Me: 👀 👀
Me: so what does that mean?
PW: let me check again. No it’s a different address that you have on your form and license. How long have you lived at this address?
Me: I’ve lived at the address on my license since 1993.
PW2: you need to fill out a change of address
Me: change from what address? I have no idea what address you have. When I checked last night it was correct. How did that happen?
PW2: sounds like a computer glitch
Me: from last night? 👀. I checked over the last two weeks as well as last night and my address was correct.
Me: what about voting. I DO NOT want a provisional ballot. I want to cast my ballot as normal
PW2: that’s not a problem.
They call the supervisor over. She tried again. Nope wrong address. Then says fill out the change form. I do that and hand it to her. She says you have to put the old address.
Me: There isn’t an old address. You all have the WRONG address I have no idea what address you have on file. Whatever it is, it’s not my address
PW2: let me give you the address to add to your form, then you can vote

I cast my vote and go outside to wait for my mom. I tell her what happened. A poll worker for the Democratic Party was outside and overheard me. She got on the phone with the voter hotline and filed a complaint on my behalf to make sure my vote counts. The hotline pulled my info and it was wrong...SMH!! How?
Be sure to check your registration not just to make sure it’s active, but your address is correct.

I was thinking the exact same thing about Russian ratfucking with Georgia, since from what I've read they're supposed to be using an electronic voter registration database at the polls: Very easy to hack. Also, from what I've read, a federal judge ordered them to use a paper backup as a security measure.

2. Discovered this year that my house number was wrong

Same street, but somehow for some unknown reason the house number had been changed. I discovered that because my ballot to vote in this summer’s special election never arrived, so I checked at the My Voter Page link on my county registrars’ website. It may irrelevant that my husband is registered as a Republican and me Dem, but his was OK.

The website also required me to correct this by filing a change of address, which came through a few weeks later.

disenfranchise conservatives as well as liberals in their pursuit of power.

Those who vote conservative far outnumber those who vote liberal here, generally almost 2/3 to 1/3, so they have plenty of “extra” conservative votes they don’t need now. After all, their endgame is to destroy the sovereignty of all voters.

8. ⁉️‼️ A change of address involves the compromised Postal Service.

Changes of address take weeks if not months via the already compromised Postal Service.

Once submitted the first thing that happens is a confirmation of the change is sent to the “current” address. In this case the current address is the wrong address.

If nobody at the erroneous current address confirms that the change is valid then the person’s mail can start being sent to the erroneous address.

Most importantly ... when the election board mails a follow up letter to the voter asking for confirmation of the address change, the voter won’t get the confirmation letter triggering a possible disqualification.

This needs widespread sharing!

Thank goodness I was able to vote yesterday & drop off my ballot @ a voter drop box! Before that I kept checking my registration status. But of course with yours, your address was changed. So sorry you had to go through this! Hopefully when the Democrats take over we can get a better system!...

I admire this voter for pushing the poll worker and then having the balls to question the integrity of this asshole worker! Just read our son’s county had a 450% increase in early voting over 2016.
