I figured he was given some type of vaccines and/or antibodies and was never truly sick.

I bet he'd test positive because the vaccines/antibodies take long time to take it's course in the body. Flu vaccine takes few weeks. Which is why it's important to get it by October.

My question if my theory is correct, could he still infect others, even though vaccines and antibodies?
