No post office shenanigans, thankfully. Obviously somebody could still find 'something' wrong with it once they open it, but at least they received it.

(16,973 posts)Its getting to be a long story now. We got texts and notices they were being sent and would arrive within 5 to 7 business days. Never came.
We called the County and they said those messages were in error and they were just now being sent out. That was already 5 business days ago. Were getting agitated about it. If we dont get them in 2 days, were driving to the County office for an explanation.

(36,457 posts)My ballot was mailed on 05 Oct, received on 06 Oct, but wasn't processed and accepted until 08 Oct, exactly seven days after I received it in the mail. Curiously, I received the state voter information booklet on the seventh, but our county office of registrar had the foresight to send a tailored voter information guide specifically for my district.
Despite was the orange anus is trying to tell us, the system is working. And speaking of working, it looks link the union printers have been working overtime
