Do they have to disclose their sponsors, controllers, masters?

Are they just taken on the word of the "Federalist Society" (cough - a RW bunch of Yalies).

Anyone asking if the POTUS takes precedence over the RC-POPE? Given that the current imPOTUS just loves losers (Jesus Christ for example.)
