Terrible for selling ads. Worse is early voting combined with a one sided battle. More people are voting early and then tuning out. If they have done their part already (voted and donated) and the race looks safe then why tune in to all this bs. More importantly who is going to watch the ads if they don't.

Now if the race suddenly gets close and scary maybe they stay glued to their TVs (and browsers) and do their duty consuming all those precious precious ads.
