Just returned from a morning drive to clear my head.

Glad i made it back to witness Sen.Whitehouse give another monster lesson on the ethics of our judicial system. He is magnificent.

I went for a drive, feeling very low over the loss of my husband and so many in my family to COVID19. One news clip drove me nuts last night. It was that "Macho, Macho, Man" a song that makes you want to fight rather than make peace and show kindness. I now know what is missing today surrounding our politics...the music. I took a deep dive while driving and heard Marvin Gaye singing "What's Going' On" one of my favorites. Then I heard a jazz version of this song...and it made me cry to think about what we are missing and how far we have fallen under this administration...so sad

... but we shall endure to make the commonwealth, our communities, this country, and the world a better place than it was when handed to us.

That is our obligation to one another.

Rejoice in carrying out and achieving that task.

Bob Jovi’s beautiful rendition. It reminds me that we can never forget, and we should never give up regardless of how bad it may seem. Truth and good will always overcome and prevail in the end.
