Lady - For a judge, you have a piss poor memory

Seriously. I haven't watched too much, because 1. I have to work, and 2. it's too much crap for me to deal with.
But from the clips I have seen, and what I have heard, I wonder how this woman can even manage to tie her own shoes because she forgot the process.
How can someone who was once a lawyer, and now a judge have the lack of memory this c"clean living" woman has.
I say clean living because I have lived, let's say, a "full life" and have a much better memory than she does.
