I nearly had a breakdown last night watching Rachel when she was talking about it now being said from the white house (by someone who won't allow themselves to be credited) that herd immunity is now and has been the policy of the white house for months.

My 79 year old mother lives with me, and I'm 59, with Lupus and COPD.

To me, this is a death sentence for us both. It sent me over the edge in tears and depression.

I guess that added to watching the hearings all day, I feel so despondent. With all the cheating that they are doing with the election. I'm so fearful of what is going to happen, and what has already happened to my country.

I called a life long friend of mine in Hawaii and after having a cocktail together over zoom, I did feel a little better.

I wish I could see into a crystal ball and know how this was going to end. (or maybe I don't)
