mine yesterday inside the PO mail slot & it only has a block to get to where it's going at the Office of Elections.

5. My Oregon ballot took three weeks to arrive in Uruguay

I received my mailed ballot Saturday last and emailed my vote to Oregon from my now home in Uruguay.

The county elections office emailed the confirmation to me, and similarly to my 'pareja'.
Her phone app created emailable PDF files of the ballots, privacy waivers and signatures.
