$1,500 Hazard pay for Home Health Workers - Gov. Northam-Virginia

Just got an email in this.

$73 M in CARES money “to provide hazard pay to home personal care attendants who served high-risk populations during the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic”

Can’t find a link yet.

One-time $1,500 to an estimated 43,500 home health workers who served Medicaid members from March 12th to June 30th.

Especially the ARC. My adult son is in a group home For disabled. All the guys had COVID And recovered. But, staff quit or got sick. The hero home health care workers who stuck it out deserve so much more, but this is awesome. We have to keep Virginia blue.
