Biden trails 61-39 among seniors in Texas. That obviously means not enough of them understand the social security ramifications of Trump eliminating the payroll tax

But yeah, Biden needs to point out the flaw in the herd immunity approach, starting with the best case scenario and how many will have to die or have permanent critical health problems, and the worst case where the same number of people die and have lifetime health problems and we get no herd immunity.
