Who cares what he says. He appointed a FAR RIGHT Justice, who has been waiting her whole life to play a role in the overturning of Roe.

Drumpf will be long gone when it happens, but he is the reason it will. And she may be giving Scalia like opinions for the next 40 years.

That prize is for the junior partner in the RW coalition: the radical religious right. What he and his wealthy cronies want is to strike down every piece of economically progressive legislation possible. Make the rich richer and the poor poorer.

2016 CNN exit polls:

The people who identified themselves as white evangelicals were 26% of ALL the voters, and they voted for Trump over Clinton 80% to 16%.

A little algebra applied to that group and some other polling demographics shows that, if none of them had voted (including the Clinton voters among them), then Clinton would've won the "white vote" too.
