Federal dockets are slow as fuuuuuuuuuck. Justice delayed favors the rich and corporations with deep pockets who can outlast the little people they have stepped on. That gives them leverage to coerce less than equitable settlements.

At the appellate and SCOTUS levels go ahead and make the unpacking argument. But ADD the justice for the little guy argument when reforming the district courts.
