NY-24: John Katko has $1 million more to spend than Dana Balter in final weeks of campaign
Washington – Rep. John Katko has almost $1 million more to spend on his campaign than Dana Balter in the final weeks before their election rematch in the 24th Congressional District.

atko, R-Camillus, disclosed today that he raised $970,558 in the third quarter of the year and has more than $1.2 million cash on hand for the final 20 days of the campaign.
Balter, a Syracuse Democrat, raised more than $1.3 million during the same quarter, but has only about $284,000 remaining in her campaign bank account.
Both campaigns disclosed their fundraising totals ahead of filing itemized reports with the Federal Election Commission due by midnight Thursday. The reports show how candidates raise and spend money on their campaigns.
All told, Katko has raised more than $3.3 million for his 2020 campaign, compared to more than $2.4 million raised by Balter.
