pointed out red districts in California have been disproportionately hit. I'm guessing some of the republican congress critters were shitting their pants thinking about the prospects of facing angry constituents just prior to the election, too.

Until the media begins questioning his very basic ability to govern?

These aren't even difficult issues to mediate. They're softballs. California disaster relief for God's sake?

Why does he continue to get a pass for 180 degree policy turns within the span of a few hours?
