Democrats Can't Spend All Their Money

“Democrats have a new dilemma as election day approaches: They are running out of places to spend their mountains of cash,” the Los Angeles Times reports.

“Fundraising for the party’s Senate candidates — even some in GOP strongholds — has so exceeded expectations that party operatives are rushing to rewrite their budgets and expand their reach.”

We would be in a much better place if we could retain both seats.

Making sure everyone that can vote will vote. For example, fleets of busses to transport rural voters to the polling stations.

I’ve had enough of the endless mailers and silly ads!

They need to give money for the unglamorous, boring tasks like building the state and local parties and registering people to vote between elections. That kind of stuff is actually more helpful than endless ads and signs on roadsides!

Although polling suggests Biden win, not enough absentee requests have come from Dem heavy areas like Detroit. James is running a formidable (as in divisive) campaign that attracts Trump deplorables. Some pushing is needed in Detroit. They seem to be surprising very apathetic. Pour money there and in IA and yes, NC. We need the Senate.

"Record levels of money have poured into Maine’s competitive race between U.S. Sen. Susan Collins and House Speaker Sara Gideon, shaking up the TV market for candidates and non-candidates and raising questions about how it can all be spent effectively by Election Day.

Gideon raised a whopping $39.4 million during the third quarter of 2020, the second-highest total raised in a three-month period by any U.S. Senate candidate ever. Collins’ campaign raised $8.3 million over the same period, which would have been a Maine record had it not been for Gideon’s fundraising among a wave of Democrats posting unprecedented numbers."
