23. Michigan doesn't have in-person early voting. They have

in-person absentee voting. So, people can fill out their ballot and bring it to the office to be counted. People can also get help there if they are confused about the process. They showed people doing it on MSNBC on the first day that it started.

Plus, their ballots aren’t divided by Dems and Republicans like some other states.

The only time "ballots are divided" is for the Primary elections. There is no way of discerning which ballots for the General election in ANY state are Democratic or Republican until they go through the counter.

28. No, they do this in North Carolina

and Florida and a few others. They tabulate the absentee ballots by whatever party the voter is registered under. I’ve seen a few other states break out ballots received by Democrats, Republicans, and Other. That’s how the media knows that Dems are ahead in early votes.

They don’t know who someone voted for just what party they are registered under.

You can go to this site and go state by state. It updates daily. Texas has over 3M votes already. 1.4M have voted in Georgia.
