...and Trump still doesn't comprehend the counteraction effect that increasing testing has on new cases. It's not a simple linear relationship.

If you are managing a Pandemic Task Force and can only comprehend a few things, that would be the second most significant one.

Number one would be the effectiveness of masks.

Number three would be the importance of consistent and accurate messaging from the Task Force.

So he's zero for three.
