He used the word "rust" to refer to Trump himself a few times in today's tweets, so that may be who he's referring to as "the wicked witch". If so, inelegant - wrong gender for one thing.

But Rick Wilson doesn't usually bullshit. He posted that tweet about Ivanka last week. Maybe the Lincoln Project shifted back the timescale of whatever they have in hand, maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree.
