It’s surprising, but the debate seemed BORING.

I didn’t watch it, but I was following along here on DU and I was losing interest very quickly.

I mean, yeah, he acted like an asshole again. He lied, he whined, he interrupted, he used his usual tiresome talking points for 90th billion time, but all of that is just old hat for him. He was in rerun mode last night and it was just dull.

Trump's handlers must have read him the riot act. He thought that he had aced the first debate, whereas his behavior appalled even some of his followers and cost him votes. So what we got was "Trump light," which still doesn't taste great but may be less filling...
