'Chaotic And Ineffective': More Than 700 Economists Beg Americans Not To Vote For Trump

CRUCIAL QUOTE
Trump “has a poorly-informed, zero-sum view of economics that engenders needless viciousness and cruelty,” the economists wrote. “In just one term in office, Donald Trump has rendered the United States unrecognizable, and has faced no consequences for doing so…We strongly recommend that the electorate do what no one else can: reclaim your democracy by voting to remove Donald Trump from office.”

"If I'm employed and I'm doing great, then who gives a damn about unemployment rates and income inequality?"

I. Got. Mine.

That's the standard Republican approach. Pay no heed to the statistics, to the facts, to what is happening to fellow Americans. Just ask yourself if you're doing well, and if the answer is yes, screw everybody else.
