Call Election Protection for ANY kind of voting/ballot/registration issue: 866-OUR-VOTE

This is my election-time shameless plug for Election Protection. It's a non-partisan group of lawyers who answer calls directly from voters for any kind of voter issue. I've done it on several occasion, and I know from the callers how grateful they are to get this advice. Please spread this far and wide to all your friends and social media contacts to call Election Protection at the tollfree hotline at 866-OUR-VOTE for any voting/ballot/registration issue whatsoever.
Remember, that there is NO WAY that the Rs are going to win many of the elections from President to Senate to state and local without voter suppression, intimidation etc. The Rs are so desperate they are doing everything on steriods. Election Protection is like your own law firm for any voting issue! Use it!

At least 54 million Americans have already cast their ballots. I want to provide an update on where we are with just 10 days until November 3rd.
We have filed nearly 3 dozen voting rights lawsuits across the country since the pandemic.
Since July 1 we have received over 100,000 calls on our Election Protection 866-OUR-VOTE hotline.
We have expanded our network to over 23,000 legal volunteers (up from 5,000 in 2016). We are operating our Election Protection hotline 7 days a week providing voters with help on questions concerning early voting, vote by mail and timelines that apply in their states. Earlier this week, we received over 100 calls from voters who received emails purporting to be from the Proud Boys and instructing those voters to vote a certain way. While we reported these messages to the FBI, we are continuing to explore legal action. These emails are a form of voter suppression and voter intimidation.
With our partners, we are pushing back against attempts to deploy law enforcement to the polls.
We recently filed suit under the Ku Klux Klan Act and the Voting Rights Act against 2 operatives who issued robocalls to Black voters to discourage them from voting by mail and more.
In court we have secured major court victories including one in Tennessee that will allow many first-time voters access to vote-by-mail. And another in Virginia that allowed over 24,000 people to register to vote after we, along with our partners, secured a court-ordered 48-hour extension of the registration window when the state's online registration system crashed.
We secured a unanimous victory before a 3-judge panel in our suit challenging President Trump's attempt to exclude undocumented people from data used to allocate Congressional House seats. The court found that this not only violates federal law but is also unconstitutional. Read more here.
We are bracing for emergency litigation between now and Election Day, on Election Day and, if necessary, in the weeks thereafter.
