Early in the pandemic a WH source claimed the Con asked "Why can't we just let it wash over the nation?" And that's what they've done.

Field hospitals and overworked and under-protected health care workers should be the front page story on every damned news network. Every hour should start with coverage of the situation on the front lines. Then maybe some of these dimwits would wake the fuck up.
