She's actually moving some of her facial muscles. Seriously, she's changed her looks so many times over the years so unless she suddenly grows or shrinks by several inches I can't tell if she's real, or a double - and don't care. (I doubt there's a Melania double: how much would you have to pay someone to be that close to Dear Leader?)
