While there are always departures in an election year, the prominence and pace of exits is unusual, and another blow to embattled HHS.

Interesting that people with actual jobs can read the writing on the wall and are looking for soft landings elsewhere, though. Nothing says confidence like the political hires rushing for the exits, or eying the remaining chairs as the music slows down.
