45 in a 30 gets you a ticket and fine. Does not involve removal of a passenger from the car.

Or at least have not been released. We're only seeing the tip of the iceberg. Which has been enough (fortunately) to shift public perception around the country.
Now we need to change the reality on the ground with massive reforms to all Police Departments and the way these officers are selected and actually trained.
