Look, I get the worry and I believe its an absurdity that there wasnt a bipartisan national consensus which saw all states given a couple of extra days (at least) for mail ballots to arrive in the middle of a pandemic.
However, if ballots not being accepted after close of polls in a couple of swing states ends up being THAT crushing to Democratic hopes of wining the election, I think there are issues outside the reach of this tacky, partisan Supreme Court.

I mailed my mail in ballot some time ago, and it took five days to get there, and I am in California, a voting friendly state

(24,259 posts)He'll drop my absentee ballot off at that time since I trust him a lot more than the local, blue state but red area, USPS ATM.
