7. Re balancing the court

Although I actually agree with Biden's idea to be cautious and appoint a committee to look into it. But even more than a rebalancing of conservative liberal ideology is that there is a corruption in the court through the federalists that Whitehouse pointed out to us in the hearings.

The founders established six justices for 3 circuits.
There are now 13 circuits.
We can compromise on 13 justices.
"Each circuit deserves a justice!"
