Where's the outrage? - Or don't we have enough left to go around?

Is it just me, or is there a lack of outrage over the fact that Moscow Mitch and his GOPer controlled Senate took a vacation the instant that they crammed a Supreme Court justice down our throats and left the critical work of Covid stimulus untouched? I'd think that the media would be all over this, but ...... nothing.

MOST people don't give a flip about the Supreme Court, but they sure the hell understand that they or someone they know is out of work and facing financial disaster because of the pandemic. It wouldn't take a whole lot to get them really really worked up over the fact that their GOPer Senator cared less about their problems than voting on some obscure (to them) judge, and that could certainly help us grab a few more critical Senate seats as well as local and state positions.

Some people express their outrage by showing up at rallies and screaming and cursing, some show it by strapping on weapons and parading around, some show it by driving up and down highways and downtown streets waving flags and shouting.

Others show it by standing in line quietly for hours, for as long as it takes, to vote.

Don't assume that the lack of yelling and ranting is proof of a lack of outrage.

predictable of Moscow Mitch. They have no shame. Call those bastards up. They should hear from their constituents which they have ignored.

They, the GOP got what they wanted, and left Americans without a stimulus plan. They don't care.

VOTE THEM OUT.

I'm worn out. I've never seen so much lying, whining and corruption.

It never stops, as soon as they do something heinous they immediately move on to the next horrific abuse.

It's exhausting, historians will write PhD theses on this administration and their ability to corrupt every damned thing they touch.

Under MM nothing to our benefit or needs will be worked on.

The cons see the devil they know is better than the devil they don't, so they're fine with whichever way the wind blows, and are content.

We could be glad that car has stopped sliding backwards down the icy hill, take a deep breath, and avoid loosening a white knuckle grip. We are driving to the election, everybody in?

Today the outrage is that he stranded thousands of people in freezing weather without a way to get back to their cars.

As someone said, today we have to set aside the outrage of yesterday to deal with the new outrage of today.

We're worn out with outrage.

the f....ing senate? FFS, they don't give a rats ass about the working poor and they've expressed it by going on vacation in hopes of coming back to lick trumps ass on november 4.

we should maybe write letters to the cabinet members about their blatant thievery of our common heritages? For some reason I don't think DeJoy or Minuchin, or anybody is listening.

Perhaps we do a general strike which will play right into the bastages re election plans with them screaming "law and order forever" and the LEOs beating people and shooting them with "non lethal" rounds and using tear gas on them.

Myself, I'm a bit worn the hell out and to quote Frank Zappa,

“The illusion of freedom will continue as long as it's profitable to continue the illusion. At the point where the illusion becomes too expensive to maintain, they will just take down the scenery, they will pull back the curtains, they will move the tables and chairs out of the way and you will see the brick wall at the back of the theater.”

We're at that part of the play at this point.

I tried to express that to my dumbass rightwing neighbor. He's fine with it.....
