There weren't any real disents they basically decided it was too close to the election for such a big decision.
IIRC the PA pukes waited until the last minute after RBG died not only to try to get the handmaid on the bench but also to cause as much disruption as possible.
They are a vile batch of scumbags.

It's still terrifying that 3 judges think the Court should decide whether to eliminate huge amounts of ballots in states.

They believe they have the right to pull another Bush v. Gore.

As you say, and he's made it clear enough that he's eager for opportunity(ies) to sabotage the electorate's choices and rights to arrive at the high court.

If Kavanaugh had no doubts about interfering with the Election, he would have voted with the conservatives today. I think he’s somewhat concerned about his credibility, as he also voted against Trump in the Supreme Court decision during the summer ruling that Trump did not have absolute immunity.

some credibility out of whatever he can scrape up. God knows he has none. Nothing is simple at that level, though, or even close. It's incredibly complex even for honorable justices sticking to accepted judicial principles and refusing any stink of political considerations, much less plotting authoritarian and socioreligious -takeover.

They are going to allow the ballots that are postmarked by the 3rd to count. Then afterwards they will try to say that the PA court can’t change the election rules.

Frankly, I would not be unhappy if all ballots postmarked by the 3rd. would be counted. I think that’s reasonable.
