NASHVILLE, Tenn. Voting records were broken in Tennessee on Tuesday, with three days left of early voting, including Tuesday.
Officials said that 1,808,546 voters cast a ballot for the presidential election. Turnout has surpassed the previous record set during the 2016 presidential election when 1,689,989 people voted early or absentee in Tennessee, officials said. The finals day of early voting is on Thursday, Oct. 29.
More at link, but no breakdown by party or age. Being TN, guessing this won't help us a bit.

(7,715 posts)1. If TN is voting for Trump with this level of passion
It is SOLELY because of racism.
I have a lot of faith in our country, TN including. Things are so bad that no rational person, except for a racist, would vote for Trump.
Let's see.

Hard to tell here, but racism is a definite factor here, sadly!
Hoping all those votes are for Joe, Kamala, & Bradshaw!

It hopefully means more people voting. I may disagree with their choice of candidate, but more participation is great news.

I see it as meaning people are paying attention.
I just question what they are paying attention to. Faux snooze from the encounters I've had here.
But maybe people are waking up.
