I know it has the potential of electing a President who loses the popular vote.

Probably not Clinton either.

If the majority of the vote in a state went to Obama and a member of the electorate voted Romney it would be suspicious and probably investigated. An electorate selling his vote is most likely prison time.

Rove has his plans. If voter ID isn't enough, he will double down for 2016 and Jeb.

campaign in Nebraska, or Wyoming, or New Mexico? Answer, they wouldn't. All of the campaigning would go on in high population states.

and I have to correct them by explaining in detail how they misunderstood what a job bill is ,Ryan's plan , Medicare etc...
Then I have a real problem knowing that they are able to vote with no knowledge other then small talking points they pick up.

People should have a clear understanding on what the hell they are voting for or against.

But Jim Crow requirements exclude people who are less educated and vote for Democrats, as well. On top of that it's unconstitutional.

Most policies that are introduced by Democratic House members would help out the vast majority of people in the country.

If people would just turn off American idol , MTV just for a minute and comprehend what the Romney , Ryan ticket means
to Americans..

I believe you would see the Republican party significantly shrink of supporters.( permanently)

We have some of the poorest Americans that still vote Republican.

Without trying to insult anyone.

It's just stupid on their part.

One example is my uncle. A small business owner who will not event entertain the possibility that a black man would favor legislation that would be in his interest. This is a guy who responded to a post about MLK on my FB wall "He had a dream, I had a nightmare." He's almost 70. He is way too far gone.
Some of the poorest Americans have grown up with fathers like him. There is also a high concentration among middle class voters.

They hate that Obama is way ahead in EC votes due to blue state contributions. The EC limits the power of large states to decide elections. At this time, the EC works against democrats because without the EC, the election would be over as soon a results for California came in. But if right-wingers gain larger populations, blue states would be at their behest with no recourse.

about it, on either side, are people from highly populated and largely politically monolithic states/areas. Most people in the rest of the less densely populated areas understand that their vote wouldn't actually matter if they (people in their area/state) were in disagreement with New York and California.

In a way, I believe that the EC balances the population dense areas to land occupancy ratio.
