Going in to church today.

If I didn't have a HEPA air filter that I wanted to donate AND a small meeting after church, I think I'd stay online (it's an option). Next week is online for me. I'm nervous, but I'm gonna be as safe as I can today. Has anyone else done that yet?

....so the only thing that gets near me is the priest and he waits until I leave the podium......

We were all spaced out (about 35 of us), but the pastor and readers did not keep their masks on when they were reading. However, they were far away. It was communion day, too, so they had little cups that had a waver on top under one layer of plastic peel-off stuff, then the "wine" in the little cup under another peel off thing.

I must say it's unsettling to hear the usually coughs and throat-clearings and not be able to move away. Hopefully the distance & masks are enough for this time.

Both have been going to church occasionally, social distancing is observed and everyone is masked. My Minister brother officiates at a lot of funerals and has been doing that during the entire pandemic. Both have been recently tested more than once and are ok.
