in his right-wing news empire.
According to an unnamed Murdoch executive, Fox News could turn itself into the standard-bearer of the resistance during a Biden presidency.

Zero morality, zero truth, and if allowed to continue they will cause us to have confrontations forever. That is if we survive the one coming Tuesday.

(1,603 posts)Murdoch has gained so much power in the US by subverting, through his proxies, the foreign ownership limits and weakening FCC regulatory oversight. These need to be strengthened. It's notable that Bannon and others have been using the same playbook to set up holding companies outside of the US then using them as the foundation for propaganda while remaining largely untouchable.

(32,626 posts)fix the tax code, and get money out of politics. Fox deserves a class-action lawsuit, over the myriad of lies they've told over the years, that ruined lives. So much to do, but...eye on the prize.

Such disrespect to a sitting president, how unpresidential for Biden to say that, blah, blah, blah. "How can you work with a president who just tells people who disagree to just shut up?"
I just know that's going to be a talking point on Faux.

One can argue, quite convincingly that it was Trump who was disrespecting the office of the Presidency with his squalid, juvenile behavior; both in the debates, and indeed in the entirety of his misadministration.

Foresight is not their strong suit.
Just get it out there, is their motto.
