Does anybody else think Christie being a jerk to Romney on purpose w/ the debate expectations?

I really think Christie wants to run himself in 2016 - so he wants Obama to win.

He is totally undermining Romney camp's carefully planted low expectations by predicting his wonderful, GAME CHANGING perf....he knows damn well, Romney's got nuthin'. Oh and he went out of his way to legitimize all the polls, undermining another GOP desperate ploy to brand them all as "skewed!"

He's like, OK the polls are CORRECT, but wait till you see them Thursday morning baby, they're goin' ZOOM over the moon baby!!

Seriously I think he is trying to fuck with Romney's head as well as his plan to "exceed low expectations!"

If Romney is not outstanding Wednesday night, he is screwed. Playing the 'low expectations' game is not going to help in the slightest.

So why not liven things up with a high expectation?

I wonder what his really chances will be in 2016. Will republicans be disgusted with him for being part of distroying Romney or not. I honestly don't think he has a chance in hell in 2016. He doesn't have the right temperment. Plus his weight and as a heavy person like he is the job will be extremely stressful. I think he'll have a heart attack.

and will say/do anything to protect his chances at getting it. It WAS interesting to hear him try to raise the expectations for Romney re the debate to sky high levels, the complete opposite of what the Romney campaign has been trying to do.

6. If Christie is running in 2016, he's proving his loyalty, nothing more; imho.

He's keeping the right wing's hopes alive in this election. Some of the wingers will buy into his Tony Soprano routine and support him because he was "loyal" to the 2012 ticket. He must be defeated, he's nothing but a thug.

coming from but I think the Repukes will make Marco Rubio run because even as Mitt's make pointedly clear "I've have a better chance at winning this thing If I was Mexican.

If Republicans loose this election, you better bet they'll pull out ALL the stops in 2016!

It will either be a Latino or a Black man that will attempt the Republican resurrection... just sayin

he is just gearing us up for the fix. The polls will start to change. The pollsters got the message and the polls will now inch up for Rmoney so you won't question how the hell he won when they steal it.
