That's a .333 drop. IMHO, that's not credible.

I expect to see Latino participation hold even with voter suppression efforts in place. It woul dno doubt increase were it not for the onerous ID laws in some of the states.

But I don't see a .333 drop in Latino participation especially when their percentage of the population is growing much faster than any other group.

But I assure you the percentage of Latinos has went up a lot in eight years, more so than any other group.
