He won't have one, and couldn't get one because he a national security risk.

(19,264 posts)Likewise all prior Presidents have attended their successor's inauguration. Trump should do that. He likely won't. No part of the inauguration process requires that.
If Trump doesn't concede or attend the inauguration then he will be the only piece of shit in American history to do that. History will not be kind to Trump.

The EC votes. The vote results delivered to congress, counted, and the candidate with 270 or more votes is the winner. End of story.
